Terms of use
By creating an account or using RadioPath you agree to these terms. Please read them alongside our privacy notice.
The service
RadioPath provides educational radiography content, quizzes, case practice and AI-assisted feedback for aspiring radiographers, international graduates and radio-oncology learners. It is a learning aid only. See our clinical & AI disclaimer.
Your account
- You must be at least 16 and give accurate details.
- Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- Staff roles are granted only through invite codes. Do not share codes outside your programme.
Acceptable use
- Never upload identifiable patient data. Images must be de-identified and you must have the right to use them.
- Do not try to access other learners' work, change your own grades, or disrupt the platform.
- Do not copy or redistribute course content outside your training.
Your content
You keep ownership of reports and images you upload. You give us permission to store and process them to provide the service, including AI feedback and tutor review.
Content accuracy
Some lessons and questions are AI-drafted and are labelled until a named tutor reviews them. Content does not imply HCPC, Society of Radiographers or other accreditation.
Liability
The service is provided "as is" for education. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for clinical decisions made using it. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under English law.
Ending your account
You can close your account at any time by emailing privacy@radiopath.app. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Changes and law
We will notify you of material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
